Into the Wild!

Lex and Cyrus went
on the Father's and Son's camp-out.

They had a fun adventure together;
with campfire and s'mores,
football, tents,
skipping rocks and canoeing!

We had a real animal adventure with Jessica, Mackenzie and
Alison when they came to visit from Texas in May.
All the exciting animals were out... the lions, tigers and giraffes...
and the kids had a blast chasing each other around the zoo.
It was wonderful to see "Wes" (Jessica) again and we hope to
see her and her family again very soon!

Happy 1st Birthday Darius!

Our baby boy is one year old!

Darius celebrated turning one with three different
parties with family and friends.
Now that's a lot of cake. Lucky!!!
What a wonderful birthday for a wonderful boy.

I can't even remember what it was like
before you were here, and we all can't imagine how
we ever lived without you.

I am a Child of God

Four years truly do go by fast.
It's hard to believe our baby is big enough to be in primary.
Congratulations on graduating from nursery my sweet baby!

Time to catch up on the months past!

Cyrus and Darius made the cutest costumed kids
that ever dressed up for Halloween!


Having two children, despite being only three years old
and seven months old, really does double the treats
that you bring home on Halloween night.
Trick-or-treating around the neighborhood
and getting spoiled at Mama's and Papaw's
trunk-or-treat made for a huge stash of candy.
There's still some left six months later!

Staying busy and staying happy!

To sum up the past six months, these two boys

have been enjoying every moment together...
and they are together nearly 24/7 some days
when Cyrus crawls into bed with us.
